DMCA Policy for Tiktok User Finder

Tiktok User Finder ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to us.

This policy outlines the procedures for filing a copyright infringement notice and for submitting a counter-notification, should your content be removed in error. By using Tiktok User Finder, you agree to abide by this policy.

Filing a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Tiktok User Finder in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on Tiktok User Finder, sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs).
  3. Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy and authority: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Tiktok User Finder was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific URL(s) of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • A statement of good faith belief: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Tiktok User Finder may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your electronic or physical signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. If the original complainant does not initiate a court action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
